  I rented a car from a different Enterprise branch and experienced an engine malfunction warning while driving. I was able to make it to this location and asked if they could replace the vehicle. They told me they had no cars available, which I understood. I then asked if I could leave the car there and take an Uber (at my own expense) to another Enterprise branch to pick up a replacement. They said no — that they could not accept the car unless they were also giving me a replacement, and that this was not how Enterprise worked. Instead, they advised me to drive the car to another Enterprise branch about 20 minutes away, and I was told that location had plenty of cars. I reminded them that the car had an engine malfunction warning, but the employee told me that if it was still driving, I would be fine. Unfortunately, the car broke down halfway there. I ended up stranded and was unable to get a replacement for about 8 hours, which caused me to miss the event I rented the car for. Very frustrating experience. The biggest issue was not that this branch had no cars available — it was the advice to keep driving a vehicle that was already showing an engine malfunction, and not allowing me to leave it there and arrange my own transportation to another branch. Edited: Enterprise already has my contact information, my rental agreement number and "all the details." If Enterprise or the respondent wanted to address this, they could. I have rented from Enterprise almost exclusively for 10+ years in large part because their customer service was always excellent. You can see I left Enterprise in Dunwoody a five star review five months ago. I hope this disappointing reply is not reflective of the Enterprise enterprise today.

  Been on the phone over 10-15 minutes. Doesn’t seem they prioritize customer service when it comes to phone calls. I can’t say what their customer service past that because they won’t answer phone to even try to take care of the problem

  Picked up at Conyers to drop off at Hartfield international. Staff at Conyers were very attentive explained some features of the vehicle in case i was not familiar. Staff at drop off even more attentive As I reported an issue with the vehicle. Got a follow-up call next day for details as the vehicle was being addressed for my reported issue. Way to go Enterprise 👏 🙌 👍 see you on the next trip

  My car was waiting when I arrived! The car was clean and the ride was smooth! The upgrade was a plus but everyone was attentive and friendly. No long wait time and car was super clean! Thanks for a great experience!!
