    Trust me when I say, I will never use this Enterprise again. It was Thanksgiving break and I had already reserved a Mercedes sprinter van from this location. The 25th was the pick up day so I understood they would’ve busy, but an employee called on the 23rd and 24th confirming the pick up day and time. When I get to the Enterprise counter the rep says they don’t have any vans this size, they were waiting on one to comeback ,they were supposed to be back that morning, says the rep. They proceed to say they don’t know if they will be able to get one , they call another Enterprise whom just happens to have one but it will take an hour. I say all of this to say, you never know what someone has going on especially during the holidays, we were going to see a family member who was told to get their affairs in order. The two reps at the front didn’t think I was being polite enough for them and told me I couldn’t rent from that Enterprise. They the proceed to call the next Enterprise and told them I shouldn’t be able to rent from them either.

    Great service. Kind, efficient, and quick. They make the process so easy and seamless. Enterprise picked me up from the Collision place and took me to the Enterprise location in order to set up the rental. They allowed me to leave the rental at the Collision Place once it was time to return the rental with no issue at all. I promptly received a call confirming the return and that was that. Great service! Respectful and seamless as all businesses should be.

    The front desk staff were great, they were friendly and very attentive. My wait was short, the car was clean and ready to go. The staff made sure that everything in the car was operable, the tires were full and no maintenance lights were on. All of my questions were answered and the return process was even easier. I have personally recommended this location to my friends and coworkers because of their excellent service.

    I went to pick up a rental at this conyers location. Reason. Auto Accident. I paid the $50 down-payment. And I paid for 3 days full coverage. The Insurance company reserved the car for 3 days. I received information that my car will not be ready for pick up until 12/26. I reached out to the Insurance company to let them know. I did not get them, so I left a voicemail. I got home, checked my account and realized Enterprise went into my account and withdrew 2 different sets of payments. 1 for $128. and some cents and another for $149. and some cents. I DID NOT AUTHORIZE ANYONE to do any transaction on my account. I called Enterprise and told them they need to refund my money back to my account. The guy said he would, but he did not refund me the amount that was taken out of my account. He refunded me $249 and some change when it is supposed to be $278 and some change. And was more upset than me when I told him I want the money the correct amount that was taken out of my account without any authorization. He then hung up the phone. I called back, and no one answered the phone. The Insurance company paid the full price for the extension, and yet they refuse to refund me MY money that was taken out of my account.
