I tried to rebook on my way to the pick-up and they told me that they didn’t have any vehicles whatsoever. I stood out in the cold for ten minutes waiting on another uber. Attempting to do business with this location cost me $30 in rides, about an hour of my time, the reservation type I wanted, etc. I rent cars regularly and found this abhorrent. Should’ve known to not rent from an enterprise inside a ford dealership.
