This waisted a lot of my time. I was headed out of town dealing with personal matters. I had to have my wife come back and pick me up. Ended up driving my own vehicle. This is the 2nd bad experience at this location. I've had bad experiences with another location on Hwy 138 and decided to change. Don't look like Enterprise is the car rental for me. I'm done.
