  This is the absolutley worst car wash. Customer service a 3 at best. I have a membership that I pay for every single month and the sticker on my car never works, instead I have to give an employees my number while they run back and forth this usually takes 15 or so minutes. The one day I’m in a rush they can’t find my account!!! The one day and I told the girl I was in a hurry, so she runs and tells her manager and her manager tells her to tell me to come back another day I have time . WOW! I had some where to go by 6, and just wanted to wash the grass off my car with my membership I pay for monthly ! I have suggested to give me Another sticker multiple times, but each time the employees just tell me that they have got mine fixed

  Will have to cancel my account due to the poor service the automatic wash system, continues to add scratches, ding the paint of my car, also always twist my right side passenger mirror. Plus the attendant acts like it's an issue spraying off my car before entering the actual was.

  Average wash at best, but the condition of the place is what really kills it. The entire location is poorly maintained and just flat-out dirty. It’s pretty counterproductive to pay for a car wash and then have to drive through a mud hole on the way out. The vacuum area isn’t any better—you’re standing in sludge, trash, and who knows what else while trying to clean your vehicle. They’re almost always out of clean towels and glass cleaner, so even the basic amenities you expect aren’t there. On top of that, the landscaping looks completely neglected, with trash scattered everywhere. It honestly gives the whole place a run-down, neglected feel. Management is either nonexistent, completely blind to the condition of the property, or too focused on profit to properly maintain it. It wouldn’t take much to improve things—some basic concrete repair, routine pressure washing of the lot, and someone assigned to keep towels and supplies stocked would go a long way. Overall, it’s a pretty unpleasant experience. I won’t be coming back.
