    Credit where credit is due. I was having issues with my membership and could never get anyone to help me sort it out. Philip has gone above and beyond to help me get my pass sorted out so things will run smoothly again. It’s extremely refreshing to go to a chain business and have an employee take pride in their work and treat a customer with respect and kindness. Thanks again Philip. Awesome customer service, never thought I’d leave a review for an automated carwash but here I am.

    they completely messed up my side mirror on the my driver side and full on bent my antenna. all i needed was a car wash and now i have to pay for the damage these people caused.

    I pre-purchased a wash through the app, but when I arrived and scanned my code, the employee at the gate told me, “You bought your wash online, so now I can’t sell you anything!” That’s an unacceptable way to treat a customer. Not everyone wants a monthly wash membership, and I certainly don’t appreciate being called out for not giving someone the chance to pitch me. Customer service should come first—not sales pressure. Experiences like this make me not want to return, and it’s disappointing that a simple car wash feels more like a high-pressure timeshare.
