We also offer soft-serve vanilla cones and QuikShakes. QuikTrip’s famous fountain is always guaranteed to quench your thirst, with more than 30 flavors of soda and tea, not to mention our frozen drinks like Freezoni® and Smoothies! And don’t forget our wide selection of Grab & Go items, including all beef hot dogs and taquitos, breakfast sandwiches, subs, salads, wraps, and donuts. We also carry a huge variety of chips, candy and other snacks. The coolers keep our bottled drinks – water, juice, soda, energy drinks, beer, and more - at a delightfully refreshing temp. Other amenities include an inside ATM, bathrooms cleaned every half hour, bagged ice, lottery and scratcher tickets, and tobacco. - OROne ReviewerNov 10, 20254.0Love me some QT. We don’t have them in FL. This was, as always, a clean and friendly QT. I did take off one star, however, because it is 10am and the coffee bar (with the specialty hot coffees) was in the middle of a cleaning, with 45 minutes left and I just don’t think that doing this in the morning is great timing. Not sure if it needs to be done multiple times a day? But it is not ideal to do this in the morning when most people want coffee.

Not only was she standing behind the counter eating a sandwich and puffs while the line lingered down the aisle, she chooses to try to argue with and loud talk customers. She continuously hollered what she didn’t care about as if she was not on the clock. She carried on sassing even as we were going out the door; instead of jumping on a register to help. Please review your cameras to see the poor interaction and lack of respect from your employee. This started as she bit her sandwich then stated “I can help the next customer over here”. We walked to the counter, put our things down, and when she saw the lottery slips on my hand she began mumbling while walking off back to her sandwich. I said excuse me? She said “Oh, you gone have to wait for him cause everyone trying to do lottery at the same time.” I said ok, so can you ring up this other stuff? She’s stood there eating and said no you got to wait. I said ok, but we do have more than lottery. She continued to mumble, and I said ma’am I can’t hear you as you walked off mumbling while we were at the counter, and we’re back in line, again. But ok. She kept mouthing then said so I don’t care looking at us crazy; staring and eating. We smiled, because she’s way too old too old to behaving like this, and upset with who for what? I guess she should’ve said she can help the next person in line without lottery, but it appears she was interested on helping anyone; as she was just eating. Either way, her attitude, appearance, verbal and continuous disrespect is unacceptable. This needs to be addressed immediately. Clearly this is what she does and gets away with, because she was too comfortable doing it. I made sure to post this review immediately since she stressed how much she didn’t care. I’ll send an email to corporate once we get to our destination. Again, please review your cameras which will reflect the video to post. Also, consider hiring professionals that do care about their job, image, responsibilities, self respect, respect for others, etc so they don’t drag your business down. Thank you
