Rude, disrespectful, impatient, etc. I just needed to replace the wrong battery that I got the same day at the same store. He literally told me, "Go to another store, I don't want to serve you anymore." He eventually made the change. On the other hand, the another employee, the Black man who was in the morning was very kind and polite; he really provides good service. Congratulations for him!!
