  I called the store when the check engine light came on in my van. (I service it regularly.) A woman answered, asked me what year it was and told me the diagnostic would be free. (Shop down the street was $35.) I brought it to the store and Jonathan hooked it up. It indicated the catalytic converter. He asked how I drive the vehicle and made a suggestion to try. I did what he said and the light went off. This team saved me time and money. Highly recommend this location! 👏🏻👏🏻

  Always a great experience except for the one in lavonia Georgia there's a manager there she works the day shift she is very rude

  I don't know if the skiny white man working in the afternoon today, September 27, 2025 at 16hrs aprox, had a bad day. Unfortunately, I didn't see his name. Rude, disrespectful, impatient, etc. I just needed to replace the wrong battery that I got the same day at the same store. He literally told me, "Go to another store, I don't want to serve you anymore." He eventually made the change. On the other hand, the another employee, the Black man who was in the morning was very kind and polite; he really provides good service. Congratulations for him!!
