  Robert and Daliah in Service are amazing! So competent and friendly! This is truly what a Service department should be. I had returned my car to the purchase dealership (not Columbus) twice and the problem remained. Within an hour, the technicians at Mercedes of Columbus had diagnosed my car and ordered the repair!! Now I love my car!! Thank you! Mercedes of Columbus is my new Mercedes home!

  My overall experience each time I have taken my vehicle to MB-C has been as expected. Informative to my specific need. Communication on vehicle status, never been an issue. My interactions with Rachelle, in service dept, have been nothing short of professional and on point.

  I saw a truck on their lot that I had been looking for and within almost 24 hours the deal was signed, my trade was completed, and I was driving away with my new truck! Can't say enough about the efficiency, professionalism, and customer-centered kindness that I received from Josh and Dominique. Best car-buying experience I have ever had. Thanks so much for everything!

  Service was very disappointing. I would not recommend selling your car here—consider going to CarMax instead for a smoother experience. This location charges an 8% fee to use a card, which feels excessive, especially when other places process transactions without those added costs. Be cautious about sharing your contact information. After providing mine, I received multiple follow-ups throughout the day, which felt overwhelming. When I arrived, the customer service did not match the level of communication—they were unprofessional and not very helpful. Also, offering discounts (like 10% off an oil change or service) in exchange for reviews raises concerns about the authenticity of their ratings. Overall, I would not return.

  Today has been the greatest day ever! Tyler and Zarome was the 2 guys to help with my dream car.. The customer I received over the phone from everyone at this dealership was absolutely amazing.. Words can't express how amazing this experience was for me..These guys don't just wanna sell a car..They actually work with u to get u the best deal possible.. I started the paperwork on a Tuesday morning and had my car Saturday morning delivered to my front door. They kept me updated on everything making sure they were giving me a great deal.. Im so happy and absolutely love my car. I could say so much more..I will not shop with no other Mercedes again. Whenever anyone I know mentions they want a Mercedes I will definitely point them that way..Because not only will u find ur dream car also will receive AMAZING customer service..
