Dane was incredibly friendly and gave me very detailed explanations on why I needed the services that he recommended for my vehicle. The price was also much better price than Discount Tires (which is where I initially planned to go). I’ve gone to Mavis a few times before and this experience solidified me as a lifetime customer.

They are short staffed AND I feel that the mechanic was not intentional with my vehicle and almost intentionally tried to cover it up. Thank God for Dane, he knows they are understaffed and knows my truck was not making any noise when I brought it in. They chose to change my a/c belt without the proper tool after selling me on the work. Then while changing the belt they broke a plastic part connecting a hose to my air intake. Thankfully they told me a lut the break and that is when I learned by chance that they changed my belt in a make shift way, without notifying me or getting my consent. Once the sealed crack was dried, Rick (the mechanic who worked on my truck) drove it around. I always have my ac on so, when it clicked on, my truck started screaming, I heard it only for a moment and then they came to me and said my truck was ready, it was running at the front door, without my ac on. Again, thankfully, I clicked it on while right there and the screaming began! It was so loud my 6 year old kind of panicked. I did everything to have faith in Gods plan and of course that was meant to be. Dane, thank God, wrote me a note warrantying their work at another location that would have the tool. I know the mechanics there are trying to make a living but maybe slow down and do it honestly. I think they should have turned me away from the get go but I know God had a plan and it all has worked out. I am still grateful for the opportunities that were provided for everyone to learn something from. God bless.
