  past experience using Full Service offer was satisfactory. BUT NOT YESTERDAY. bought Full Service option since I had heavy bug and bird mess on my car. Did not expect drive thru to clean it thoroughly. Did expect full service to cleanup droppings and mess from exterior sections of the car. Had to point out white streaks from bird droppings more than once to get them cleaned. Worker told me the drive thru would not get everything. DUH??? Why did I purchase full service then? Second finding today was that a few handprints were on my hood. I was able to clean them off. Apparently from the worker who cleaned the wheels doing some of the recleaning I pointed out to clear the droppings. No more Full Service for me.

  I went to this car wash today around 1. As I was pulling into the wash, an employee appeared to be looking closely at one of my tires with concern, but no one said anything to me about anything. When I got home, I discovered my hubcap was halfway off. This is frustrating, as it could have come off while I was driving and created a safety hazard. If the staff noticed an issue, I would have expected it to be communicated before I proceeded through the wash so we could’ve prevented it. I also would assume the staff would know how to direct you into the wash without damaging your car.
