  Go there for an oil change. As my first time they just guided me in and tell me to fill some paper and quickly drained the oil out. I haven’t get a change to ask to see how much it cost but the oil been draining already lol. The working part was fine but at least have a conversation with the customer and give them an idea of how much they’ll pay before do it. Express and expensive.

  This was my first ever using this service! Torres, Jojo, and another gentleman whose name I didn’t catch were all polite, funny, and efficient. I’ll definitely be returning for another quick service to have my Honda taken care of.

  I’ve had multiple services done here, from new tires and brake replacement to getting my oil pump fixed. Every single experience has been excellent. The team is always professional, honest, and genuinely kind, which makes a huge difference. They take the time to explain what’s needed without making you feel pressured, and the work is done efficiently and with care. It’s not easy to find a place you can trust with your car, but this is definitely one of them. They even remembered my name. Highly recommend!

  I want to take a moment to recognize Tim (Assistant Manager) and James (Manager) for the outstanding service they consistently provide. These two are exceptional—knowledgeable, committed, and genuinely dedicated to taking care of their customers. They go the extra mile every single time, no matter the situation. I’ve personally seen them handle difficult, heated interactions with customers who were completely out of line, and they maintained professionalism and composure throughout. That kind of patience and leadership is rare. Because of Tim, James, and the strong team they lead, I won’t take my vehicle anywhere else for service. They’ve built something special here, and it shows. Keep up the great work—you both are truly awesome. The company should absolutely recognize the value you bring. We need more people like you.   I’ll forever be grateful for any place I can visit and it doesn’t require an appointment. I was scheduled to get an oil change at the Columbus Acura dealership at 10:00 am. When I arrived, I was told the internet was down. No options given. In my mind I’m like, what would you do if there wasn’t any internet? In healthcare we have paperless options. I digress. I arrived at Express Oil Change and Big E was practically waiting for my arrival. He was such a pleasant gentleman. I immediately drove into bay 4 and as I sit here it’s only 10:08 am and the oil is being changed. I highly recommend this place if you know for a fact that all you need is an oil change. The service is by far one of the best experiences I’ve had in Columbus in a long time. Update: April 13th: I paid for the services and slowly drove off. I didn’t make it out of the area before noticing the A1 maintenance light was still on which he told me would be corrected after the oil change. I put the car in reverse and slowly backed back. I ended up scrubbing the right passenger side of his 2007 Lincoln Navigator. There wasn’t a lot of momentum because I knew I didn’t have far to go. Most of the guys and one female walked over and immediately said “You hit the right car.” He already had damage to the area which is what he Erick told me as well. He also told me that someone hit the right front side of his car last week and drove off. I asked Erick if he wanted to file a police report and he said no. The guys there helped remove a bit of the dent that I created on the Acura and used oil/grease to remove the scratches. I offered to pay for whatever damage was created, which was minimal, and was told no. He asked for my number and asked me if I’d go out to dinner with him. I said, I can do that because it’s harmless. Needless to say, I started receiving text messages from Progressive Insurance which I thought was a scam. Today, Monday, April 13th at 1:53 pm, I received a call from Ashley with progressive regarding the incident. I told her everything that I have documented here as I no longer feel comfortable and don’t want to be taken advantage of. I took and still take full accountability for what I did. I contacted the office manager James at 2:00 pm, gave him my contact information, and a report about the incident. He laughed (hysterically), apologized, and told me that he will give me a call back. He said if he does not give me a call back on the office phone, he will give me a call on his cell. I have also asked that camera footage be pulled if it is available. Because Ashley said it was too late to file a police report, she suggested filing an incident report which is what brought me here to update my review and file an incident report.
