  Josh the asst manager was a pleasure to deal with when I went in today about my vehicle. He was kind, caring, and understanding. These people stand by customer satisfaction and I will be a repeat customer just off their honesty, professionalism and how they treated me. Please hire more people like Josh, I will recommend this place to others as I come into contact with plenty of people who have car troubles as a driver myself, so I hope to increase their business. It's so hard to find good honest mechanics nowadays that stand on their customers satisfaction and that is worth the extra cost it may or may not be just knowing your patronage is appreciated there.

  I loveeeeeee this place! I like how they get you in and out, they tell you what other services you need but they don’t force it on you! I hate when places do that. They also go above and beyond. I’m actually going today for my oil change 🤗

  Awesome experience, Josh was a huge help with getting me squared away with my problem, he explained everything to me and I noticed an immediate improvement of my vehicle after I left, definitely will be coming back for any services I may need in the future! Thank you!

  I needed an oil change and I didn't have all day. I stopped by Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers and was in and out in less than 30 minutes—and that’s including the short wait for a bay. I was serviced by Issaiah and Mike. Both were helpful in offering their recommendations, taking care of things they saw were needed, and building rapport. The experience was so seamless I didn't even have to watch the clock; everything just flowed. It was expedient, wonderful, and guaranteed a return visit the next time I need an oil change. Top tier customer service!

  Wife went here for a simple tune up. They didn’t rotate tires. On top of that when we tried to put our AC on 3 or 4 (1-4) it made a bad noise in the dash. So I remove he fan and fine 3 used air vent air freshener in the fan. Not once has my wife ever ver used these. If you’re a woman make sure your husband comes with you because they will screw you over. Do NOT COME HERE. They “fix” the problem so you come back and spend more money for them to fix what they should have already fixed. DO NOT COME HERE. She went to Pep boys and got so much more for her money. Go there instead.
