Warning! We went to this place because we had fond memories of when it was Fred’s. And Tire Discounters fixed a flat for free! So, we returned with coolant leak. We KNEW the coolant was leaking and wanted them to fix just that. Well, first, they charged $160 for their so-called in-depth diagnosis of why the coolant was leaking. Then, they quoted what my husband said about the leak and charged another $130 for that. Why? I don’t know. They charged another $224 to change the plastic coolant tank for a total (plus tax) of $557. I was going to let them fix a leak in my car but changed my mind because they were trying to charge me $$ based on a printout they created. They charged me $180+ to get my car returned to me.
I no longer trust this location formerly called Fred’s. They are in the same location as Fred’s. They may be using the same reviews and phone number as Fred’s. But believe this: Fred is gone!

Kimberly Perez is the best! She took her time and found me some great tires for my car. She wasn't just trying to make a sale. My ride is so much smoother now. In addition to new tires I got a free oil change and alignment. Go see Kim if you need some tires.

Alex was very fast and helpful. I ran over a nail and my car was pulled in and fixed almost immediately.
The #1 cause of uneven or rapid tire wear is misalignment. Your vehicle also may pull to one side or feel "loose" when steering, and you might even observe a drop in fuel economy. Alignment is critical to tire life and vehicle safety. In fact, if you install new tires on a misaligned vehicle, some manufacturers won't even honor your tire warranty. Everyday driving, potholes, hard turns, and sudden stops, gradually knock your wheels out of alignment. This wear is natural, but it can quickly chew through your tires. That's why Tire Discounters includes a FREE alignment ($129.99 value) when you purchase 4 tires installed. It's just another way we help you get more life (and more value) out of your tires.
