The morning of the appointment, the technician called and said he likely wouldn’t arrive until around 3pm. I let him know that was fine. After 3pm came and went, I reached out again and was told that if I wanted the work completed that day, I would need to meet him at the store. I then drove 30 minutes to the store after 5pm, where the replacement was finally completed. If you are going to charge premium pricing, the service experience should match. This process fell well short of a premium customer experience.
