And one of the nicest most polite young man tell me exactly what he was going to do ask me several times if I had any questions. 10 out of 10 definitely recommend Safelite if you need your windshield replaced. Hopefully you don't but if you do give him a call, one call that's all reporting from Columbus. I had to have my front windshield replaced. They even offer a payment plan

The person who fixed it said he was going to talk to his manager because I had GLUE all over the interior of my car. Turns out, they didn't even SEAL it right and now I have PUDDLES of water under my carpets getting in. I will NEVER go here or recommend this business to ANYONE. When I try to get ahold of someone so they can replace my interior, no one answers and no one calls me back. Have spent probably over a thousand now on all the repairs from them. Do not spend your money here.

The technician contacted me when she was on her way. She came to my job and repaired my windshield in about 30 minutes or less. She was very kind and professional. My windshield looks great! I cannot tell there was ever a chip there. The price was very reasonable. I highly recommend Safelite If you want your windshield repaired correctly and for a good price!
