  I had an absolutely outstanding experience purchasing my 2023 Mercedes-Benz from Mercedes-Benz of Columbus. From start to finish, the entire process exceeded my expectations. I want to specifically recognize Evelyn Tolbert, my sales representative, who was nothing short of exceptional. Evelyn was patient, knowledgeable, and truly invested in helping me find the right vehicle. She treated me with respect, never made me feel rushed or judged, and made what could have been a stressful process feel exciting and achievable. She genuinely cared about my experience, and that made all the difference. I also want to thank Mr. Lakey in financing, who worked tirelessly to make this deal happen. My credit score was not the best, but he never made that an obstacle or a source of embarrassment. Instead, he focused on solutions, explained everything clearly, and went above and beyond to help me secure financing. Because of his dedication and professionalism, I was able to drive away in my very first Mercedes-Benz. Thanks to Evelyn and Mr. Lakey, a dream I never thought was possible became a reality.   I have been calling Rachelle in the service department for 2 weeks and no call back. My car was serviced and after which, I heard a noise. Called several times and the other reps couldn’t help me bc she has access to everything; still no call back. Spoke to a guy who said it could be a leaf stuck and said not to worry about and would have her call anyway and STILL NO CALLBACK. Fast forward to now; I am currently on the side of the road and have been since 2AM & roadside assistance had been a total nightmare. Nobody speaks audible English and they rushed me off of the phone each time I had a to callback due to my calls dropping and NONE of the reps called me back when it dropped; I had to constantly keep calling. They assigned me a tow that would take 4 hours on top of the 3 I had already been waiting. I am in a horrible part of town and. ONE OF THEM CARED. Needless to say for someone who has been going through a rough night, only 1 of the 8 reps were good; the rest were nonchalant and claimed they understood but they truly did not care. Alllllll of the money you pay for these cars and roadside is COMPLETE TRASH!!!

  I went in to have Service B done, the service associates tells me that my car would be next in line and said they would take approximately 4 hrs to have Service B completed so I agreed to wait. About 3 hours of sitting and waiting in the waiting area I saw him walk by and I asked him if everything was close to being done, he said he’s going to check on it and let me know, I said okay. 15 minutes later I passed by the waiting area again and pretended as if I wasn’t there, in my mind I’m assuming he didn’t have a chance to check. Then moments later I asked the young lady at the reception desk if she could look into how much longer it may be for my car to be completed. I guess she went to the same service associate with the question and here he comes and says your car has NOT been touched yet after I’ve been waiting for over 3hours and he literally say “you been sitting here wasting time” with no apology, Nothing. I asked him, why didn’t he just inform me that the wait time will be much longer than what he previously told me to at least give me the option to wait or just leave the car with them and wait for them to call me and tell me it’s ready and we could make a way for me to pick it up when ready? He just stared at me and I’m looking at him but he says Nothing and not even an apology. I asked to speak with a manager and they said there no manager her at the moment, So I remained calm, asked for my keys and car and left because I realized they didn’t care and purposefully did what they did. I will never again step foot to this specific location nor my husband or parents because we all have Mercedes. These people in the service department won’t have a chance to be disrespectful to my family. They lack customer service skills and courtesy.
