If I could give less than one star, I would.
They had my car from December 9th until February 2nd, when I was finally told it was ready. I was informed the issue involved two specific problems, but it turned out to be neither of those, yet I was still charged the quoted amount for those repairs. I was told a particular part cost $6,000, but no proof was ever provided—no invoice, no documentation, and no video confirmation like they supplied for other parts.
Communication throughout this process was terrible. Whenever I asked for clarification about prior conversations or what I had been told, I was met with, “I don’t remember that.” To make matters worse, they installed a used part on my vehicle without informing me or getting my authorization.
When I picked up my car, no one reviewed the repairs with me or explained the charges. Instead, I received a vague email with unclear information. After having my vehicle for nearly two months, I expected it to at least be reassembled properly. The trunk interior was still taken apart, and the fuse box cover was left off, exposing wires.
This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a dealership. The entire process was filled with poor communication, lack of transparency, and complete disregard for professionalism and respect. I do understand exactly why I was treated this way!

My certified pre-owned MB purchasing experience was wonderful, as always, because Brittany and Dominique were absolutely amazing! I’ve since had an outstanding end result with a recent service, where Rachelle was very accommodating and communicative! Plus, the loaner car experience was such a blessing, since my service involved a special order item from Germany that took a while to arrive stateside! Thank you MB of Columbus for setting the bar regarding an exemplary purchase AND service experience! ☺️

I would give only one star but I won’t because at least they fixed my car’s issue. I brought in a battery I purchased somewhere else and I just needed it installed. Simple enough right? Wrong. First off, the staff, from the service desk to the gift shop, could use a class in customer service. They’re not friendly at ALL. And they lack communication skills. Because I was assured my installation could be done in what seemed like a timely manner, but no one told me my day would be canceled because we waited on this simple fix for over 3 (THREE) HOURS. They say they also did some recalls, but never said those would take hours either. I’m under the impression they forgot about my vehicle altogether and told me whatever was necessary to bide themselves time. I will continue to avoid the Mercedes dealership at all costs anytime I can get my Benz serviced somewhere else. These people walk around like they hate their job and hate customers and have no respect for people’s time, and no incentives whatsoever for veterans or disabled veterans, which is astounding considering how many veterans drive Mercedes vehicles. The only service office employee i saw being friendly with customers this time and who was helpful to me in the past is the young lady with the sides of her head shaved. She was awesome and very informative. The rest of Mercedes is a nightmare.
