- TAtim andersonOct 31, 20251.0I took my 2009 Mercedes C300 to Mercedes-Benz of Columbus, expecting that a certified Mercedes dealer would be able to properly diagnose and repair a car built by Mercedes. Unfortunately, that was not the case. After paying $3,516.60, my car left their shop with the same issue it had when I brought it in. They replaced expensive parts — none of which solved the problem — and I ended up having to tow my car out of their lot. I’m extremely disappointed in the lack of accountability and the poor service I received. I will never take my vehicle back to this dealership again.
