I have frequent Mavis on many occasions and sometimes, very few, I might encountered someone that might be having a bad day. Today, I probably met the most enjoyable 2 people in my years of coming here. I want to thank the young lady Ms Nicole and the mechanics T. Please keep that positive personality. It was definitely appreciated. Thanks!!

If I could go lower I would honestly some of the worst service both customer and otherwise. I went there about 2 days ago and had 2 rear tires replaced. Upon leaving after driving for several minutes the TPMS monitoring light pops up Im aware that sometimes they just need to be reset after such work so I brought it back the next day, they hook it up problem supposedly fixed i leave and same as the day before right as I get down the road TPMS warning light again same one so I bring it back uet again this time met with a little more disdain in my visit they do the same and tell me its fixed, surprise problem not fixed I return to them asking to make sure they had removed the tire from the bead to ensure that the TPMS monitoring system is properly attached to the valve stem. They seemed rather unpleased with me asking them to make sure that the work was properly done. Almost 2 hours later they return me my keys and tell me there was no light on the dash when they got in (knowing it was there when I parked the car but closing not to press the issue any longer) I attempt to ask who I believe was the store manager what we were going to do when I leave and the light comes back on before I can even finish the qustion im Rudely interrupted and being told if theres no light we cant do anything and when I try to speak up again about the problem im told to leave the store no resolution or response I have since reached out to corporate and am looking for a resolution now because I paid for a service that was done incorrectly and no one should have to do that!!!
UPDATE: almost 3 days later no response from management and issue is still present
