The communication was excellent. I never had to call them to check on the status or ask them where they were on the repair. I received regular communication on the status of my car repair. They also arranged my car rental drop off and pick-up so I didn’t have to make any extra trips or inconvenience someone to ride with me to drop off the rental car, that was a 1st for me. Kim was the icing on the cake. She is the receptionist that greeted me and made me feel welcomed. She was very professional and very nice and is a rarity nowadays. I can tell she is the glue that holds that place together. An all around good experience from beginning to end. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing repairs.

They went above and beyond to make sure it was clean when I got it back. They coordinated everything with the insurance company. I was able to have my enterprise car brought to me and all I had to do was give Joe Hudson’s the key to return it. The staff were super friendly. You can tell it is well ran when the staff seem happy to work there. Gavin was a dream to work with. Mrs Kim was always smiling(so much I could tell it through the phone call)!
