This company will do everything they can to not correct the problems they created. Last time ever using this company. Especially since they ruined my vehicle. This is not the first time this has happened in this shop that was just opened a couple of years ago. Shame on yall. Incorrect installing of oil filter caused my vehicle to breakdown catastrophically. I wish I could give a 1/4 of a star.

The manager said it is because they rent their tools and have to buy rags and such. That is part of doing business and should be included in the price that is quoted, not an up charge at the end that was not quoted to the customer. He said that was, “our bad,” for not explaining it on the front end. He did not offer to refund it. We have six drivers in our house,, and because this place is convenient, I hoped we had found our place for oil changes on all seven of our vehicles. However, we will not be going back to this place because of deceptive practices.
