- MMmaxnmimiJan 6, 20261.0After previous oil change service, this shop recommended i get additional services. I heard about their reviews. So i approved their recommendations. Was charged for rack and pinion replacement, removed and replaced steering gear , wheel alignment and differential and seals service in NOV 2025. Soon after my vehicle developed symptoms of driving roughly, steering was off, took it back twice and each time they said they fully checked it out . So I was finally fed up , I checked the power steering fluid level, it almost empty and cruddy. had to fill it back up! I notice the fluid was now very dark, took it back to the shop. Told them what I did, concerns about empty level, color and maybe a leak. The fluid needs to be changed. Left my vehicle there and next day afternoon had to call them for an update and they said come pick up the vehicle. I did, the only thing they did was add a dye to the fluid to see if it leaked. Never changed it. Fluid almost black! After paying OVER $2000 in services I was FED all the WAY UP! I did the flush and replace it MYSELF! With regret, I DO NOT RECOMMEND this shop.They will avoid and dismiss you after they get your money. AWLFUL!
- CHcaleb holliwayJan 5, 20261.0If I could give negative stars, I absolutely would. Took a car in for a quick oil change (only shop this car has been to in the past 4 years). After 20 minutes of not hearing from anyone they come out to say the drain bolt was stripped out and needed a new oil pan. Obviously they didn’t want to admit they stripped it out by over torquing it, but they tried to charge over $900 and also lied about the price. After refusing to help in any way, I got the car towed and a shop I take my other truck to quoted me $460. After they finished the job I was also informed that the previous place (express oil change) also put red loctite on the oil filter. I am extremely disappointed in the way things were handled and will never recommend this place to anyone. I was treated as if I was trying to get taken advantage of by a shop that couldn’t admit that they messed up and fix a mistake.
