Also told me that I need new tires which I already knew. But didn't try to upsell me or add on extra laundry list items. I'll be back again maybe I won't wait till 9,000 mi next time lol. They also changed my Air filter. I was in and out in about 20 minutes..

This was confirmed when I finally took my car to the dealership about my service light. Tim the so called assistant manager was condescending and made subliminal racist remarks while I was talking to him about a resolution. I see from other reviews others have also experienced rude management behavior and their cars being messed up from incompetent workers. DO NOT GO HERE.

I came in needing air in my tires and after Austin successfully performed his assessment, he advised that while some of my tires needed air, other tires had too much air. So Austin made sure all of my tires had the appropriate amount of air they were supposed to have and sent me on my way! Austin provided excellent advice and service. I will continue to bring my car here more often. Thank you Austin!
- ALAlexa LoweOct 28, 20251.0Truly one of the worst shops ever to work with. Trying to charge $2,109 for a water pump replacement. A simple thermostat/water outlet that they paid $89.66 for? They wanted me to pay $802.54 for that. Car sat at the shop for 8 days with only a diagnosis because apparently when the one guy who initially helped is sick, the other people don’t know a thing. They will tell you that your warranty is liars and that they suck and won’t pay their bill.. when in reality it’s the shop way overcharging. They will try to take advantage of you, especially if you are a young female. My partner and I went to confront them on these issues and as soon as my partner spoke up for me, they threatened to call the police on him (even though the dude literally had his credit card in hand to pay the insane diagnosis fee🧐). Please whatever you do, DONT GO HERE! EDIT: this place was trying to charge me around $1,100 on top of my warranty deductible. The dealership i switched my car to is costing me about $50. This is how bad this place is with scamming.
