At the end of the oil change I was notified that the discount was $5.00 because of some type of issue with their system but the discount would be in their system for my next oil change. Won’t be a next time!!

I had called to reserve a vechical. Was scamed and the manager at the express place got on the phone with the person that charged me extra. Then took me to car rental. Explained to them my situation waited till i got the rental. Treated me as if I was a member of his family. I couldn't have been any more blessed than by this kind group of people
