TRUST ME AS A BLACK MAN IN CORPORATE AMERICA, I CAN RELATE ALL TO WELL. IF MONET DOESN’T GET A PROMOTION, AT LEAST $20K SALARY BUMP WOULD BE A WISE INVESTMENT TO KEEP HER. I CAN TELL YOU FROM PERSONAL EXPERIENCE, WHEN SHE FED UP, THAT’S $20,000 REASONS FOR HER TO STAY.
