  My dad recently rented a truck from this Enterprise, after returning it, the staff inspected the vehicle and stated that he caused damage to the tailgate handle. My dad did not cause the damage, he asked to see camera footage from when he picked the truck up and the footage showed that the damage was already there. They had already sent him a bill of $568 before even checking the footage, expecting him to pay it. They are money hungry and corrupt. Please inspect the vehicle before driving off and report any damages because they are not doing it correctly.
