    I actually drove by then sat in their parking lot in my i8 and saw the lot with multiple vehicles. Booked a car online and was called they don’t have any small size vehicles and won’t be in till later they’d call. I had to ask the time the rep mentioned 15 mins before my booking time. When I said okay can you let me know he then proceeds it’s a $300 deposit with a debit card and an out of state license would require a credit card. I said okay asked him one more question is there anything they can do to accommodate then he hung up. I never received a call so I booked a car online and Turo rather from Cuts and Cars.

    Wonderful experience with this location. Brittaney/Brittney was a wonderful representative. Sometimes things happen that aren’t within their control and with my experience we faced a trial in which she displayed incredible initiative while kept me informed. I was also offered customer pick up which escalated my customer experience. I highly recommend this location for a simple rental process with wonderful customer service. “Catfish”, I believe his name is, was a wonderful customer service representative as well.

    Customer service was fantastic, it was two gentlemen but the one with the dreadlocks helped me. His hospitality was the best thing I've seen in years, he was respectful, nice and fast. He went beyond and beneath to meet my every need.. I wouldn't go to any other enterprise but this 1 and I live a little distance from this enterprise but it's worth the drive...
