  I had a bit of a frustrating experience trying to get a rental car, but it ended well thanks to some very helpful staff. I initially called to set up an appointment and received a confirmation number. About two hours later, I got a call back saying they didn’t have any cars available. I waited a little while and tried calling another Enterprise location, but no one answered. Eventually, I spoke with an agent who set me up with another appointment at the same Enterprise location. I asked if they were certain cars would be available since I had been told earlier that none were, and the person assured me several cars would be returned by 3:00 PM. When I arrived around 2:45 PM, the staff there were a bit rude. One employee told me they didn’t have any cars, which was frustrating, but I stayed calm and left to call Enterprise again. Luckily, my warranty company had actually set up a rental, and the Enterprise agent I spoke to on the phone handled everything professionally. They set up a new appointment at the Macon Road location about 30 minutes later. When I went to the Macon Road location, the experience was excellent. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely professional. I was able to pick up a car without any issues.

  My rental from the location S Veteran in Columbus Ga. the team was amazing there was consistant communication from the office advising important steps to ease my experience. Thank you to the team in the S Veteran Columbus, Ga for an awesome experience.

  Absolutely horrible! That’s it that’s all. Tried to say I didn’t have money when I was standing there showing them my account! This was an insurance claim that went self pay. Had trouble with them throughout the entire process and they left us stranded in the rain yesterday. I will NEVER utilize enterprise again. Like ever. Email said they would close out the current contract. Rep in the store said he’d bill it, he called Josh who called me from his personal number earlier in the day, yes his personal number. I had called enterprise 8 times the previous day, placed on hold and hung up on each time without speaking to anyone. I was in court Tuesday-Thursday and if they would have picked up the phone they would have known that! They had me come up there as I work in healthcare remotely and left us stranded in the rain because they renigged on their promise! I hate this entire company especially JOSH! Who takes customers numbers and calls them from his personal phone!
