  This branch shouldnt even be given the option to have a rate of 1 star. I would give 0 stars. Do NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION!!! Not only did I expierence a terrible expierence but my godfather who rented from them also had a terrible expeirence at this branch. The workers at this branch are rude and not professional at all. The distinction between what is available on the website and what the branch has available needs to be updated because promising a customer a vehicle that the branch does not have readily availble is misleading. I was given a full size sedan which i had to settle for becaise i needed a vehicle for my plans. (Keep in mind I orignally booked a midsize SUV) The same day two tires went flat on the vehicle. I had to call a towing company that enterprise peovided and wait several hours. I was instructed to come to the same branch and pick up a jeep wrangler that come to find out upon arrival was not ready or in commision. The worker proceeds to get upset at me because at this point im perturbed at this whole expience. The women who is a manager at amother branch embarrases me infront of customers by telling me to step outside. I had to re plan my whole entire trip because this place could not give me what i wanted. To add on to this I had left without a fix to my problem and without a rental. I also am financially tied up until this issue is resolved. I will not be going back to this branch for i feel so uncomfortable how they treated me as a customer. Im still without a vehicle and had to cancel my trip because of this. Im still tied up financially. I also called corporate for them to still have me waiting present day without a vehcile. This issue will be escalated if not resolved.

  I had a bit of a frustrating experience trying to get a rental car, but it ended well thanks to some very helpful staff. I initially called to set up an appointment and received a confirmation number. About two hours later, I got a call back saying they didn’t have any cars available. I waited a little while and tried calling another Enterprise location, but no one answered. Eventually, I spoke with an agent who set me up with another appointment at the same Enterprise location. I asked if they were certain cars would be available since I had been told earlier that none were, and the person assured me several cars would be returned by 3:00 PM. When I arrived around 2:45 PM, the staff there were a bit rude. One employee told me they didn’t have any cars, which was frustrating, but I stayed calm and left to call Enterprise again. Luckily, my warranty company had actually set up a rental, and the Enterprise agent I spoke to on the phone handled everything professionally. They set up a new appointment at the Macon Road location about 30 minutes later. When I went to the Macon Road location, the experience was excellent. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely professional. I was able to pick up a car without any issues.
