Had to pay for a SECOND uber to get my husband to prove we live there with a bill in his name because somehow my driver's license and debit card are not proof enough. The pre check in told me all I needed was drivers license and debit card I was paying with. This is my first experience renting a car and it took 20 minutes to be informed of that situation existing. Not happy rn. Hopefully it is JUST this location. At the minimum the employees are polite.
