I don’t typically ever see women working at Autozone and I am so glad they have one here. Because she made the absolute world of difference. She is knowledgeable, multifaceted, patient, persistent, basically everything you are going to want and NEED when dealing with the havoc of a breakdown or auto repair. If I could write a million reviews on this woman, I would. She was PHENOMENAL. We’ve been to this one on Macon so many times and all of the employees are always so helpful. It’s just a great store, but Joy? She’s an all star. We’re coming back again just for her. She knew more than my own husband and he actually works on cars!

He replaced my battery, even educated me about how to do it. It was refreshing to have an interaction with an employee who actually didn’t seem like I was bothering him for getting him to do his job. (For context I’m only 32) He was actually a present human being, and funny too! It was very fulfilling to have that interaction with him and he should get a raise. Thanks for all your help! I hope to not need to see you again, but if I do I will look for you personally!

I know nothing about automotive care, and Walt was patient, honest, and very caring. I wouldn't say I wish my car battery would die again, but I would love to see Walt again! He is the BEST.
