  i don’t usually write reviews, but because i had a bad experience… alamo rent a car deserves a bad review. i reserved a car in December for a few days. reservation was made through Expedia under my name. when we arrived to check in to get our car, the person at the desk told us of a young renters fee, so we decided to switch it over to my mother in law so that we wouldn’t get charged. after coming back from the trip and turning in the car, we realized we got charged $150, despite saying we were going to switch everything over to my mother in law… i have been calling non stop for over a month now asking for a refund, still have not heard anything back and still have not received a refund. horrible experience, will not be renting from this location ever again. it should not take over a month to hear back and receive a refund. this needs to be fixed and hopefully never happen to anyone else. if i could give it 0/5 starts i would.

  3 employees just sat around till it was 1000 on the dot to open , I mean you see a line why not start 5 minutes early just out of convenience for the customers. If I could give a zero I would
