- MBMary BeveridgeNov 14, 20251.0It could be training issue however customer lost time and money here why. Went to purchase parts they didn't have one of the other store not to far had it. Paid for it had another stop on way after went to other store to pickup and the other store had runner pick it up. Why????? When we were picking up so we had to drive all the way back and waiting on runner. Training and logistics need training! Just found it was will call other store on miller road is the issue did not read it was"Will Call". Need extra training and to Read! Hopefully this help with help employees to improve their customers service for future customers.
