  Paid $20 for the worst car wash ever. Didn't even get the bird poop off the hood. Vacuums have little power and so this was a complete waste of time and money.

  Haven't been able to use the service because the vacuums stopped working and they were completely closed. I submitted a request for refund online and received no response. I will not continue to pay for a servcie that I cannot use. I have been a customer a member for over a year.

  I have to give the service at this location a 1 star rating due to the fact that the vacuums have been down for almost a month, I paid 19.99 for an upgraded wash and did not receive it due to the equipment failing so the cars couldn't go thru, no staff never approached and said anything regarding a discount/refund due to faulty equipment, car still is terrible around the rims and tires...this location just need to close operations if this is the kind of service they offer their customers..unacceptable on every level!!!

  I don’t know why this place has so many good reviews. The members only lane has been out of service for months. The vacuums have been out of service for weeks. And tonight it was closed when I went at 5:30 pm when it’s supposed to be open until 8:00 pm. * Updated- the doors are tightly closed and cones are across the driveway after 9:00 am on a Saturday and the posted hours say it opens at 8:00 am.
