  I had an outstanding experience at AutoZone today, and I specifically want to recognize Allyson H. from the commercial sales team. It’s honestly rare these days to come across someone who not only knows their stuff but genuinely cares about helping you get exactly what you need—and she absolutely delivered on both. I came in looking for several hard-to-find parts, expecting the usual back-and-forth or “we can order it” conversation, but Allyson immediately stepped in with confidence and knowledge. She took the time to really understand what I was working on, asked the right questions, and then dug in to track everything down. Not only did she find the parts, but she made sure they were correct and compatible before I left—something that saves a ton of time and frustration on my end. What really stood out was her professionalism and efficiency. She didn’t just go through the motions—she was engaged, sharp, and clearly experienced. You can tell she takes pride in her role and actually enjoys helping customers solve problems. That level of service makes a big difference, especially when you rely on getting the right parts quickly to keep jobs moving. If you’re a business owner, technician, or anyone who depends on reliable parts support, having someone like Allyson on the commercial side is a huge asset.   Jeremy and Tony made a bad night better ! My car was having trouble and those two were heaven sent! They were extremely kind and helpful. I didn’t know much about or what to ask for but they helped me get everything settled and taken care of. Thank you guys!

  Auto Zone on Airport Thruway always has what I need. Nikki, the Assistant Manager was really helpful on my last visit. She helped me find a part for my truck when no one else in town had it. She was very nice and professional, She's an asset to the company for sure.
