Only one way to get into and out of the vacuums is through the lines of cars waiting to get washed. And it is pure chaos. I just got cussed out by someone trying to back out of the vacuum area, not realizing there’s a car behind me so I couldn’t back up to let her out because they weren’t backing up to let me out. This is the worst design of a car wash I have ever seen. They really need to do some renovating and put the vacuums where it’s in a separate area like most car washes otherwise than that, I guess it’s OK.
