  The front desk staff at Hartsfield-Jackson-Jackson airport were acting weird to me and I have been renting for enterprise for over 20 years. I have noticed a young lady was asking black people if they have a reservation vs white people. When I received my vehicle, it smelled like urine inside the vehicle. I had a funeral to attend and they didn’t have any other vehicles. I brought it back early and the gentleman who received the car back from me was very respectful and took care of the situation.

  Seamless and hassle-free experience! I have rented from other reputable but “cheaper” car rental companies at the Atlanta airport and had horrible experiences and ended up paying more with hidden fees in addition to wasting an excessive amount of my precious time with long waits and drama (ex: renting an SUV that was prepaid and there’s a compact car in the assigned spot, then having to walk back in and wait…again) . I learned my lesson and the last 3 - 4 times I rented from the Atlanta airport I chose Enterprise and what a huge improvement in professionalism, customer service, smoothness of operation, short/fast lines, quality of vehicles, and vehicle selection. I also like that you get to pick your car out of a row of cars, instead of being limited to just one assigned option. This is my go-to rental car company for the Atlanta Airport. I strongly recommend Enterprise if you want a quality and efficient rental experience.

  I picked up my rental car at the Atlanta airport, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted at the counter by a courteous and professional young man who made the pickup process smooth and easy. At the end of my trip, the drop-off experience was just as impressive. Every employee was friendly, helpful, and efficient in directing us where to park and ensuring everything went smoothly. I accidentally left my cell phone in the rental car, and by the time I realized it, the vehicle had already been taken away for cleaning. Several employees immediately stepped in to assist, and thanks to their prompt, courteous help, I was able to quickly retrieve my phone. A special shoutout to Manager Joseph and his team for providing such outstanding customer service. Their professionalism, friendliness, and willingness to help made this a truly great rental experience.

  I am a regular traveler to ATL. I used to use a competitor for their quick exit and upgrades based on status, but had a few too many surprise charges at return and got tired of spending time to get them reversed. I have started renting with Enterprise exclusively because I continually have a great experience. I like to rent a particular class of car and don't like the car they tend to have most frequently in that class. If that make and model is the only one on the lot, then they have been nice enough to find me a different make and model to drive. On my most recent visit, the greeter (who I think is a manager) asked me how I liked my prior rental and specifically called out the make and model of car she had found for me. Upon return, the crew checking my car in always offers me the option for the receipt to be delivered via email or print. They also confirm the charge. This little step may seem meaningless, but it's not for me because I can know instantly if I am getting a scam vehicle refueling charge (on a very full tank) and dispute it on the spot (though I have never had to with Enterprise).

  My overall experience was as best as it was going to get. For two weeks in April 2026, I have tried constantly to book a rental with ATL Airport and for two weeks straight there was no car available to be able to drop off in another state. Fortunately, I reserved the car earlier this month ahead of time and was able to get lucky with the reservation. I'm not sure if it's because of spring break and Easter, but the city of Atlanta needs to do better with rental car options with multiple options of flexibility. The security deposit with an out of state license was $400.00. Fortunately I had that on my credit card, otherwise I would have been inconvenienced due to not being advised of this information ahead of time. The GMC I rented was perfect size and easy to drive. The gas was very expensive. When I arrived to my final destination, in New Jersey, I was checked out by a man name Kyle. He was very professional, took his time with checking me out and making sure if there was anything additional he can assist me with after the car return. I informed him of my experience in Atlanta and he was kind enough to provide me with a small discount towards my reservation. Kyle was beyond kind and definitely deserves to be acknowledged for the excellence he provides. Overall, I am glad I arrived at my final destination and have been accommodated.
