SIXT then hit me with a $500 repair bill, claiming there is a FOUR INCH dent on the tailgate, that is clearly a shadow. Think we wouldn't have seen a FOUR INCH dent at the time of drop off, when we closed the liftgate and signed off? Tried to "dispute" it with their system, no responses, no reply. Asked for someone to go physically check said vehicle and send some real photos. No response. Check out the Facebook groups and BBB posts about SIXT and their new AI damage scamming system. You've been warned!

- OOOMC2024Oct 31, 20252.0I've never had problems with SIXT until this one in Atlanta. If you are picking up a car, and Sabrina is your agent, DO NOT LET HER FORCE YOU TO BUY INSURANCE. She said I needed insurance, then when I denied it, she made me step out of line to look up my policy, then say it wasn't good enough unless I had a copy with my name on it. When I said I didn't have it, she made me purchase insurance. Thankfully, I called after and got it sorted out. But, beware if picking up from here!
