  This place was very clean! They even had a robot vacuuming and mopping the floor. Service was fast and friendly as well.

  Joanna Z is super rude. I stood there as she helped a Spanish customer who put the wrong gas in his car and as the other worker said can I help who’s next, I was skipped. Ok that fine. But when Joanna finally realizes I’m there to assist me to her left, I say well I’ve been standing here and skipped many times she proceeds to say ma’am we have other customers… like I was not standing there as they rang up 3 customers. I’m so tired of them being in a rush and not properly paying attention to who may be next. It may sound minor but this is an ongoing issue and it’s unfair. Please train her better. Because to respond that way with no empathy and lack of customer service is insane. I’m just going to start recording my QT visits and start showing the world how horrible this QT is.

  Never thought I would post negatively on this place terrible employee just after 6am today He was eating while at register very distracted I had to go to him 3 times to get gas ⛽️ purchased processed correctly not the usual experience

  I came here today ordered from the kitchen and the young man with the glasses started being rude to me because I asked him why there was a big price difference from the price on the screen when ordering from the kitchen I understand I added things but there was no need for the rude response by that time my husband I was on the phone with got mad and I paid got my receipt and stood off to the side to wait for my order and decided to pay for my gas at the pump I never had a qt worker be so rude to the point people are asking me what was wrong with them I have the receipt to show the date and time I came I understand people are not morning people but sheesh and going off on me then respectfully giving my receipt saying if I had any more questions to let you know is not good customer service

  I’ve been frequenting this particular store for many years, and I’ve never felt the need to express my feelings, but the amount of negativity is mind boggling!!! The employees here aren’t technicians, but handle and clean constantly. Is the best at all time? No, but they are swift to address issues within their control. I’ve seen the management sweep up debris not even on their lot leading into our neighborhoods. They are always laughing and bringing energy despite the circumstances in our world. I love this store, it’s my go to and their manager always has them cleaning and power washing. Don’t fall for the negative reviews, not every moment in our world goes our way or theirs for that matter. Shout out to the team for always taking the time to interact and learn us as human beings!!
