- CCCaitlin Chadwick3 days ago1.0I had a very frustrating experience at this Jiffy Lube and will not be returning. I went in for a simple oil change and was initially quoted $120. I asked the technician to check my brakes while I was there, which never happened. Somehow, the oil change price jumped from $120 to $160 with no clear explanation. I was told I couldn’t stand outside the car, which was fine, but I kept being called out of the car repeatedly to hear about new prices and additional services they were trying to sell me, including a brake flush and radiator flush. I was then told my radiator fluid was almost empty and that it would cost $30—then the price kept changing between $20 and $45. The pricing felt very inconsistent and unprofessional. After the service, I declined any additional work since they didn’t even check the brakes like I originally asked. When I went to the front counter, the person who claimed to be the manager (female) had an extremely bad attitude. Their system went down, so I was waiting for it to come back up in order to pay, yet she kept rushing me as if the delay was my fault. Overall, this was a terrible experience. Prices are inconsistent, staff attitudes are poor, and instead of doing what you ask, they aggressively try to upsell unnecessary services. I do not recommend this location.

This location was very professional and fast. Very good customer service. Elijah was my Tec and he was patient and professional with me. I just love, love, Stephanie or Stacey the lady that checked me out. I can’t remember her name but she was funny, professional and has a great sense of humor. Thank You
