As an Enterprise Business customer this was the worst Enterprise experience to date. Missed connecting flight from Atlanta to Knoxville, Enterprise along with every single brand at airport would NOT rent me a car one way to Knoxville. Was told had to rent from a rental car location off site from the Airport, before heading to this location got online to make sure they had a car and made my reservation, confirmed and ordered an uber to take me to get the car. Arrived at this location to have a man say why are u here, told him I had reservations to pick up a car and he told me they had none and could not help me. This was one hour before they closed. I called Enterprise customer service, explained what was going on from airport to this location and was told the airport should have rented to me to this location should also rent to me, took my information to have to area manager call me to help me find a car home. I waited here till closing time because at this point there was no other options around to get a rental car. The man would not even help me, ignored me and so very rude. 2 mins before closing a sweet lady came to me and said let’s get u home and took me to a rental car that had been sitting there the entire time i was there. I waited an entire hour for no reason other than the other guy didn’t want to rent to me and was completely unprofessional and rude. This sweet lady apologized and got me headed home. They had me wait an hour to then decide to help me, either the area manager called to tell them to rent to me or she felt terrible that I waited an hour or what not sure. The whole situation could have been dealt with better for sure and never heard from area manager or Enterprise as the customer service agent told me I would. Been renting from Enterprise for past 23 years often but will look for other brands going forward. I could go on but that’s enough

We rented a car in College Park,Ga, to drive to New Orleans, the rear view mirror broke so we had to get a another car, the tow truck driver who was a third party was very rude and would not allow my husband to retrieve my prescription glasses nor our garage door opener,he just drove off.

This location is very busy, but the workers are consistently professional and kind. They go above and beyond to help you get the car you need and work with you if circumstances beyond their control cause the type of car you want to be unavailable. They do a good job if communication as well.

I had a fast and seamless experience from start to finish at this Enterprise location. Joy assisted me, and she was absolutely amazing! This was my first time renting a car, and she walked me through everything with patience and care. The process was easy, the Elantra I rented was spotless, new and ran well and they had a great selection of cars at affordable rates. Even when I needed to extend my rental, Joy was quick to help and communication was always great. I work at the airport, and even though there’s an Enterprise there, this location goes above and beyond with customer service. 10/10—highly recommend!

I reserved an 8-seater luxury full-size SUV over a week ago, only to be told two hours before my scheduled pickup that there were no vehicles available at this location. I was completely baffled and extremely frustrated by the lack of communication, organization, and overall service. There was no proactive notice, no attempt to make alternative arrangements, and no sense of accountability. This experience was highly disappointing, and it will definitely be the first and last time I book with Enterprise.
UPDATE
I followed the suggestion from Chris M and went to the website as requested. Unfortunately, it feels like I’m being redirected again—just to chat with another AI or representative offering more excuses or sending me to yet another website. I expected better customer service and a genuine effort to resolve my concerns, not just another automated response to dismiss the issue.
Once again, this experience reflects poorly on Enterprise Car Rental’s customer service. It’s disappointing to see that instead of addressing the problem directly, the solution offered is simply to push the customer elsewhere.
