During this incident, I personally paid the required impound fees out-of-pocket in order to resolve the matter promptly. Despite this, Enterprise proceeded to charge additional toll-related fees and extra administrative charges through your system, resulting in an unexpected increase of approximately $386 added to my bill. This experience has left me extremely dissatisfied and feeling that I was unfairly charged during what was already an emergency situation. As a long-time customer, I expected clear communication and fair billing practices, which unfortunately did not occur.

They always given me great customer service, made maneuvering from one contract to another very easy and smooth, and always kept a smile on their face. They even recommended to the sales department and now I have my own vehicle from Enterprise. So once again, I truly appreciate Bobby and Cam service! ❤️
