My experience with Enterprise Car Rental was exceptional. Breland provided outstanding customer service and went above and beyond to accommodate my needs with patience and professionalism. I truly appreciated the flexibility and support throughout the process. While my interaction with Bobby was less welcoming and at times came across as sarcastic, the overall experience remained very positive. He told me to go back to the Union City location when I stated they made a similar accommodation to the reservation. I’m glad Breland was able to turn the experience around for me! He deserves a raise and I would definitely return to Enterprise Car Rental in the future on days Breland is available!!!

Kim was awesome! Her energy was everything! She explained and answered all of our questions! She also checked us in and out when we came back from vacation! My daughters loved her ! Thank you Kim. Joy was very nice and helpful as well.

I just left this location! I made a reservation! Got inside and was asked to wait. Waited an hr just for Bobby to tell me they don’t have any SUV’s. He offered me a Corolla car smh! I asked which location did have a midsize SUV and he insisted that all locations are out and they’re sending all their vehicles to them. That can’t be possible since you don’t have any vehicles! Just waste of my time. Annoying!

I’ve been doing business with Enterprise for over two years, and I typically choose the Main Street location because it’s close to the airport and very convenient. Joy and the other manager (the bald-headed gentleman with glasses) are the main reasons I always return. They are consistently professional, honest, accommodating, and their communication is excellent. This location has always been a great one — until today.
On December 4, 2025, neither Joy nor the manager were in the office, and I was assisted instead by another employee (a Black male with a low-cut haircut, whose name I believe starts with a “D”). From the start, the interaction was extremely unpleasant. He talked over me repeatedly, ignored what I was trying to explain, and showed no interest in providing quality service.
Before even helping me, he began confirming my personal information — including my address and phone number — with another customer at the counter. Both the customer and I were confused as he asked them to verify my information. This was a completely unacceptable breach of security and put my personal information at risk.
He also misled me regarding the wait time for a vehicle. He told me it would be 20 minutes, but even after 20 minutes passed, no cars were available. The lack of honesty, poor communication, and unprofessional behavior were shocking — especially for an Enterprise location that is usually outstanding.
Because of the deplorable customer service I received, I chose not to extend my rental at all. I simply asked to cancel the extension so I could take my business elsewhere.
This experience was deeply disappointing and absolutely not reflective of the high standard this location has upheld for years. I truly hope this is addressed immediately, for the sake of loyal customers and the reputation of this otherwise great branch.
