    Rented a van for a Scouting trip to Sea Base. When getting me the car, Jose asked me if I wanted the optional coverage for an additional $61.49... I agreed. Jose did NOT mention that it was a per day cost. When I tried to read the contract before signing I was told that he needed me to sign it and go because there were so many people waiting. I called the national billing department and was told that there was nothing to be done and she made no efforts to try and correct the mistake. Sad to see Budget not working to help a youth service organization like Boy Scouts of America!

    They charge me for gas when I returned car full and charged me for a cleaning fee when the car had no trash in it only dirt that was on my shoes. Fast break isn't fast like other Budget facilities

    Our first time here. Not what i expected. The door was locked so you have to knock to get in? No cars were available. I did not feel comfortable once we did get in. The rep was eager to get rid of us . No telling what was going on in there. Never again. This is Fayetteville GA. In a little shopping plaza.
