  Service was exceptional and the car was immaculate. There was a large selection of cars to choose from and all looked like brand new cars. I’ll definitely use Alamo again in the future.

  Super quick, easy, and hassle-free. I picked my ride up and dropped it off fast enough that I kept thinking I skipped a step. And they quoted me $270 and charged me $270. I rented from one of their competitors a few months before this, and every step of it was a hassle, including a similar quote for $270, but a final set of charges equaling over $1,500 that they couldn't even identify or explain. Alamo did what they said they were going to do, and charged only what they said they would. So, I'll use them again.

  I was very impressed as everything ran very smoothly, car was in good condition and we had three days of no issues with the car. The people We’re all very friendly and helpful. Experience is one that would make me think of using this company for other future car rentals.

  Jordan and Watts – at the Atlanta Enterprise car rental – they were absolutely phenomenal! Including myself, we had eight travelers and we were stranded at the Atlanta airport this past Saturday night due to Frontier Airlines delayed flight from Mexico which prevented us from making our connection in Atlanta to JFK (our final destination). I was forced to get ourselves home somehow all while attempting to do so prior to the arriving Blizzard expected to hit New York around 3 PM EST on Sunday 2/22. Thank GOD for Jordan and Watts. Jordan went above and beyond searching internally for a suitable vehicle for us and luckily found my family a 15 Ford passenger van. It was BEAUTIFUL and comfortably fit all eight members along with our 10+ pieces of luggage! We were able to get to JFK just before 5 PM EST on Sunday before the storm ramped up. I was able to return the car at the JFK airport in NY (the young man who took back the vehicle (sorry as forgot his name) was exceptional as well in that he also called me a taxi for me to take me back to where my own car was parked at JFK). Jordan was PHENOMENAL, Watts was excellent as well (despite his having to leave shortly he stayed to prepare/bring car for me) and the young man who took back the van at JFK was excellent as well. I wanted to express my SINCERE appreciation and gratitude for what they did for me. Without them, I would have been stuck in the Atlanta airport until this Wednesday at best.   The car ran great, but I was accused of damaging the car until another associate saw that it had already been noted in the computer as previous damage. It caused me a lot of stress and this has never happened to me with a car rental before.
