Ask for Ric. He is willing to help and courteous. Which makes it easier to WANT to spend your money at an establishment.

Not the best experience. When I initially visited this store there was a gentleman behind the register that helped me. I needed a alternator for my truck, as a independent electrical contractor i work all around metro Atlanta and need my truck to be reliable. Villa Rica, Milton, Conyers, Locust Grove and everywhere in between. I paid $258.00 for a new alternator and I had to pay a mechanic $400.00 to install it. I know that number is high but as a contractor myself. Im not going to argue with a price and that truck needs to be road worthy, last minute call. Fine. It was replaced and the battery indicator light goes off and comes on again after 10mins in my truck last night 9/25. I stay in jonesboro, i need to be in Norcross at 8am, downtown at 12pm and Stockbridge at 2pm for scheduled jobs. Im getting 12.2v on the battery off my multimeter "again im a electrican so I have these tools" I take it to O'Reillys where I had a battery installed 8/22. They replaced it no problem. I go to this location in a bind and ask for assistance with my alternator, the lady behind the register could seem to care less. I showed her my receipt and explained the circumstances to her and asked if I can swap this faulty alternator out and have it replaced in her parking lot by my mechanic. She said "nope, not my problem" I wasn't asking to get a motor change in her parking lot... a alternator and the alternator is at the top of the motor in this vehicle. She didnt have a replacement alternator at her location and sent me to the one on hwy85. The people at hwy85 were kind and patient and let my mechanic work in their parking lot to change it out. The alternator this location sold me was a refurbished one. At the initial purchase I was asked did I want a refurbished one or a new one. I opted for the new one, paid for the new one but received a refurbished alternator. Poor customer service skills from the young lady behind the register, she could care less on what you have going on and it seems like being in her store is a nuisance to her and God forbid you ask to do anything other than change a battery in her parking lot. Horrible product management, how do I pay for a new alternator and receive a refurbished one? I had to pay the mechanic $400.00 initially, and $180.00 again to swap it out. And I lost $1600.00 today for work i couldn't make it to. If you can make it to the one on Hwy85 go there instead.
