I rented a car from Alamo at the Atlanta airport. Everything went smooth until the very end I went back had a full tank of gas no damage returned it to the same airport. I picked it up picked it up when I said I was going to return it when I said I was going to the amount they quoted me when I made the reservation and at the time that I picked up the car matched when I looked at the receipt and checked my credit card statement, they charge me $300 more they messed up on checking the vehicle out or back in and they said that I only had the vehicle for two days which I had it for five and that I returned it to Austin Texas. I wasn’t even near Austin Texas clearly they had messed up somewhere in the process. I called the number that I was googled for customer service in Alamo and it turns out I got a third-party. Company called e-bookings at first they said nope you signed off on it. There’s nothing we can do and then I explained I did absolutely nothing wrong followed the conditions of the agreement and it was not my fault that they either checked out or check the vehicle in and confused it with another rental agreement booking. They put me on hold for a long period of time came back and said OK. We need some information from you will process it. They sent me an email and in the writing. It said they would charge me $100 to get my money that they overcharge me and I said there is no way I’m going to charge a third-party $100 to get my money back from Alamo when I did nothing wrong so right now I’m disputing the entire charge when all they needed to do was just admit that they had made a mistake refunded me the difference and all would’ve been done. It’s one thing to make a mistake but it’s another to charge people to fix their mistake. 100% absolutely unacceptable

The vehicle I rented was a SUV. It was a Mazda and it was so nice. The process to rent this vehicle was flawless. I signed up for the service that you pass the check in but rather pick up the card from the garage. This was sooo convenient. We'd been on a flight from the West Coast to Atlanta and were super hungry (and so tired from the walk thru the ATL airport) and when to drive out, the lady at the gate asked how we were and when we replied that we were starving, she reached down to grab a list of nearby restaurants. That was a nice touch. We did go to one of the restaurants on the list. Thank you Alamo for hiring such nice people and for making this process so smooth.

I hired a car on the 23rd. The car was great and the service was fine. I mistakenly left a sweater and my sunglasses on the back seat of the car. I completed the online lost and found and also returned to the desk the next day when leaving to enquire. Service was slow and i waited over an hour. The lady was as helpful as she could be but it cant be that difficult to check the lost and found from the previous day or talk to the cleaning company but alas not found and i had to head off for my flight. Totally my fault for leaving the items in the car but worth noting if you do leave anything they may well be taken and not returned, left a sour taste that they would just 'disappear' and they wouldnt be moved to one side for me to collect, guess thats the world we live in now, an expensive mistake by me.

I recently had the pleasure of renting a vehicle through your Atlanta, GA location and wanted to take a moment to share my experience. Overall, it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The rental process was straightforward and efficient, and I was impressed by the wide availability of vehicles to choose from. Pick-up was seamless and quick, and the drop-off process was equally smooth — exactly what you hope for when traveling. I do have one small piece of feedback that I hope will be helpful: upon returning the vehicle, I had difficulty locating a nearby gas station to fill up the tank before drop-off. A simple map, signage at the return location, or even a note in the rental agreement indicating the closest fuel options would go a long way in making the return experience just as stress-free as the rest of the rental. That minor inconvenience aside, I was thoroughly impressed with the level of service and convenience Alamo provided. I will absolutely be choosing Alamo again for future travel and will recommend your services to colleagues and friends. Thank you for a great experience!

My experience was anything but pleasent and efficient. I am handicapped and use oxygen, when I arrived at the car retrieving location the person on duty said I could pick any vehicle in section 3. I asked could if some could bring the vehicle around for me. He pointed to section 3, he responded it is just over there. It wasn't very far, but at that point I was tired and was visable short of breath. I informed him that although it wasn't very far it would be difficult for me to walk that distance. He did finally drive around to where I was standing. The following day I was out and my rechargeable portable oxygen concentrator had depleted, when I attempted to plug it into the charging port it would not charge. I was without oxygen for approximately 30 minutes. The next day I called Alamo custermer service to inform them of this. I was transferred to road side assistance. The suggestion was for me to drive to the airport to exchange vehicles. I explained that I did not feel comfortable driving in a vehicle that I could not successfully charge my oxygen. After several phone calls and speaking to several people it was finally suggested that I could go to an exchange center which was very close to my hotel. When I arrived they did not have a comparable vehicle. I was driving a Hondia Tucson they offered me a Mitsubishi compact sedan. It was old and unclean. I have mobility issues I tried to get into it. It was very difficult for me to get in and out off. I explained to the costumer service that I could not physically get in and out of that car. I called custermer service and explained the issues. I was instructed to remain at the exchange center and they would escalate my situation to a manager. I waited for a hour and called back to custermer service again the put in an escalation asking a manager to call me. I was also informed that they would call other exchange centers to inquire if the could locate comparable vehicle. That call never came. I keep the vehicle and drove back to my hotel. I again start making calls to custermer service spoke to several people between custermer support and road side assistance. I finally spoke to some who had an acceptable solution. They would toe the car back to the airport and Uber me to the airport to exchange vehicles. That started at 3pm the towe truck came at 11:30 pm. I exchanged vehicles. I returned to my hotel after 1:00 am. The initial encounter began at 10:30 am. When it came time to return the vehicle, they asked me to park at the end of the returning vehicles. I explained that I was handicapped and used oxygen and if I could park close to the elevator so I would not have far to walk. I was not allowed to, even though there were plenty of empty spots close to the elevator. I had a great deal of difficulty walking that distance with luggage. Alamo was not accommodating for this person with disabilities. I asked for very reasonable accomendations eg parking close to the elevator, asked the attendant to pull the chosen vehicle up to where I was standing and resolution in a reasonable amount of time. I still have not spoken to a manager concerning my experience. It was the Alamo at the Georgia International Airport in Jackson field. Not mention I had paid for my car rental in full. Wendell H
