- NGNicole GilbertApr 22, 20265.0We had an issue with the Cornelia location and unfortunately had to make a complaint in order for Vavoline to make it right. That being said, the customer care employee, Stephen, got in touch with the district manager and within an hour the manager Jared from the Cleveland location was at my home. He found the issue, resolved it and redid my oil change right there in my driveway. Shout out to Jared for his courteousness, knowledge and professionalism. He even showed my 9yo son (who is homeschooled) what an oil filter is and explained what it does. I left 5 stars because of the district manager in getting this resolved quickly but mostly because of Jared was so helpful. Will for sure be using the Cleveland location from now on!

The excuse changed when I said I knew it did but I said there’s a coupon for synthetic blend online but I have no service inside of the “tunnel”. Attendant told me to log into their guest wI-fi. In years past, the most recent coupons were always there for the attendant to scan. Just seemed unhelpful and couldn’t be bothered. So I left. Was going to charge me $85 for an oil change on a 2016 Corolla. Attendant asked “ you don’t want your oil changed?.” Reply-“Yes but not here.”
- SKsharon kublerMar 29, 20265.0Dillan was my service guy, he was so polite and professional, in fact I was there for an oil change and he told me I didn't need one yet still had 2000 miles to go before next change, you don't get that very often, he checked everything and topped of all my fluids, didn't cost me anything, just can't say enough about that place
