I got a coolant flush and oil change, and the service was extremely fast. I left with a smile, and I will never go back to Walmart for service again. Their slogan is spot on: “Service you can see, experts you can trust.”

It didn't take long for them to ask for payment and I asked about the tire. He had no clue if it was done which it wasn't. I had to ask for the battery to be checked. I asked who was the manager which is really a leaf technician and all he could say was of sorry buddy. They didn't check the other tires at all. When I arrived there were no cars. 5-6 six techs come popping up. According to Valvoline their techs have over 270 hours of experience. Why didn't know to do the service I paid for? I can tell you why. They were too busy goofing off. I tried calling for a manager and can not get one. So be careful because I sure didn't get what I paid for and of course they can't refefund your money. You can't even reach a store. When you call the store someone in corporate office answers. They couldn't reach anyone. I don't feel I should have to tell people and remind them of the service they are supposed to provide. I feel like they think they can get away with charging me and not doing what they offer for an oil change. I DON'T TRUST THEM AT ALL NOW!!! After checking myself no fluids were added, only 1 tire checked, had to tell them to check battery along with the tire. Here's what is on my paperwork from them.
