While having to deal with insurance issues is no fun, the impact Miles and his team had on me made the rest of the mess just a bit better, so I appreciate what our Cleveland enterprise crew does and stands for. - AOAmy OliverFeb 6, 20261.0Reserved a vehicle (premium SUV) for a trip 3 months in advance. I called 2 days before my reservation date to confirm it and was told everything was good. On the day of my pick up, I was told the one that I was supposed to be given was returned to the wrong location. Supposedly, they worked on finding another one for me but "there are hardly any premium SUVs in this area" and bc they are a small shop, they are on the low end for priority. Regardless, communication to let me know I wouldn't have a vehicle was horrible. If I had not gone in the office an hour before closing time, I don't think anyone would have called me back. I even talked to HQ twice and they had "put out an alert" for me to be called by someone if there was a vehicle in the area and I never received a call at all. If you need a premium SUV, I suggest looking elsewhere. I'm extremely dissatisfied with this experience.

There is a disconnect between the customer service department and enterprise's locations so make sure you call the location you want to rent from directly. This location in particular was one of the best experiences I've had from almost every business I've had to deal with in the past some years. They WILL take care of you, just be patient. I don't wanna do business with anyone else just because the level of care this location went through just to make sure I'm good. That's good business 💯
