  The representative that assisted me was super helpful and courteous on Sunday evening January 11, I think his name was Ryan. He graciously installed two new headlight bulbs for me. Thank you so much!

  Ryan was my angel today! I had a flat tire in the parking lot of Auto Zone in Cleveland Ga and Ryan worked diligently until he replaced it!!! He saw that the jack I had was no good and he bought a floor jack from the store. After he replaced the tire, he asked me to pop my trunk and he gave me the floor jack. He was my Angel today and I will be forever grateful for that young man.

  $10 for a 2 pack of Sylvania 194 LL peanut bulbs (AKA. TAG LIGHT BULBS, LICENSE PLATE BULBS) is OBSCENE Retail auto parts stores are really becoming obsolete because they're pricing themselves out. To put this in perspective: I, instead, bought a 10 pack of Sylvania 194 LL peanut bulbs on Amazon, with tax & shipping, they're still just $6.56. Andrew was nice

  I would like to give a huge shout out to the young man Ryan who helped me this evening with an issue. It did take a good bit of his time up and was even close to closing time but he never stopped what we were working on until the problem was fixed ! Thank you young man ! I appreciate you very much !

  If you’re a young woman DO NOT come to this auto-zone by yourself. I came in with another person thank god, but when we walked in the man behind the counter was sitting WITH HIS PANTS PULLED DOWN TO HIS KNEES with his underwear still on ( I’m dead serious). And when he realized that two customers had come in he quickly pulled his pants up and had them unbuckled in front of us. We asked him for an air filter, he said they had it, (fine) and then asked us what size our car engine was, we weren’t sure so we went outside to our car so he could check, but had to uncomfortably wait for him to finish buckling his pants. Finally we go outside, he checks the engine and then goes to look inside the car to see where the air filter would go, and said that it would be too difficult to replace even though I already knew how to replace it myself. He talked to me like I was stupid and kept sarcastically telling me that it was really hard to replace implying that I had no idea what I was doing even though I’ve literally replaced my own air filter SEVERAL TIMES before. In conclusion if you’re a young woman in need of a car part make sure to come with someone that you trust to help you because it was honestly really unprofessional the way everything was handled. Not sure what was happening with the pants thing? But that seriously needs to be checked out because that made me and the person I was with EXTREMELY uncomfortable.
