  The best mechanics!! We have been taking all our vehicles here for several years now. We came one time and were treated so good and the job was done right and even explained to us. Once we came 4 of our kids started coming too. Matt Farmer and the staff have always been good to us and work with us when need be. They get the job done and they get it done right!! It is so nice having a mechanic we can trust!!

  This company is very unprofessional and will get rude with you after they haven't done the job properly. As you can see on each review that is negative they immediately get rude with their paying customers. After coming to calmly understand why my car is broken down after receiving it back from them with the battery loose. They are gaslighting me and telling me they never open the hood but did work on my car! How can you do work on my car without opening the hood? The owner is very rude. We have spent 1,000's of dollars on two cars that complete broke down we were loyal customers and he treated us like dirt! *he did attempt to offer me a free inspection but the issue is I already paid for it the first time!!!* then proceeded to bring up a bad review and revoked services to us. Im allowed to write a review about our experience and he surely hates that! Cant wait to see his rude response back

  I guess you guys forgot to attach my battery back to my car and just sat it in there with nothing bracketed or screwed down… I got a response from the owner saying because I wanted other work done on the car that didn’t require the opening of the hood. I paid 130$ for a full check on the car! Full inspection. Second I did not have any work done on my brake line or hoses-that was my old car I brought to Sutton two years ago. After that work was done by this car shop on my old Jeep- IT CAUGHT FIRE WHILE I WAS DRIVING IT AND THE BRAKE LIKE BLEW OFF. That’s the car you’re talking about when you mention my brakes. The fire department told me we were lucky to be alive. God Bless. It was the cooling system and radiator. I was told I would need a whole new radiator and paid another 700$ for that. Today- due to the full check and inspection of the vehicle never being done, my car stopped running today and was losing power- probably because the battery was not mounted into the car. I was on the side of the road after this place did work on my car and almost 900$ later. That’s my honest review. So you’re telling me after I paid for an inspection you never opened the hood of my car? Here I am broke down. Sutton Tire in Clarkesville Georgia 30523 did the work on my car. I am most certainly not mistaken or confused. Thanks.

  We had an appointment, and it still took them over two hours to start. They took so long we missed the Dr appointment we had scheduled for 4.5 hours after our appointment here, despite repeatedly telling them we had a dr appointment and what time we had to leave by. Do not waste your time here

  Listening is half the battle and they won on that front. Performance is the other half. The crew works seamlessly. Being cordial and friendly surrounds the atmosphere. Not pushy but persuasive. Any complaints are usually found in the mirror.
