I ended up having to take my car to the dealership after getting my battery installed here because of what I thought was a starter issue, turns out the people who installed the battery left the ground cable loose causing the issue! When I showed my bill to the manager and asked about store credit because they advertise free battery installation and I ended up having to pay 35 dollars to get in PROPERLY installed, she told be she would get in touch with her higher up and contact me and never did!! Unprofessional all around. Go somewhere else and actually get someone who knows what they are doing.

Get sold the wrong thing, and come back to an attitude from a part-time manager with a god complex. All because he can't see the filament in a headlight. I hope his ability to turn a key and return a customer's money gives him all the power in the world to feed his ego. I will not return to this store and pay money to be treated so disrespectfully ever again. I don't care that he is a full-time investigator with Walker county Police department, he needs to learn respect for others. I hope that his little part-time manager position at a car parts store, that he's obviously not good at because I posted a picture and you can see nothing wrong with the filament, makes him feel like a powerful God that he's not. Never spending money here again will not waste my time
