- JCJames CochranApr 28, 20262.0I scheduled an 8am appointment, but the mechanics did not arrive until nearly 9am, and staff admitted they typically show up between 8:30–9am. Offering early appointments without having staff present is misleading and wasted my time. Although my brake issue was properly fixed, the initial estimate included several upsell items, and the owner repeatedly talked me to death when I asked reasonable questions about pricing instead of straight answers. Then afterwards I overhear the owner tell another customer he prefers commercial customers like them because they do not question prices - hence its not their own money they are spending. Totally unprofessional and told me that good business and transparency is not a priority here. I will not be returning
- DSdj smartsApr 26, 20261.0I will never go or tell anyone to go to Mavis I used to get my oil changed there on all my cars I saw oil in my garage and my car said add oil bad it checked they messed up my drain plug a crack and my ceal cost me $ 900.00 to fix called them about it they ignored me after sending evidence to them this is not my first run in with them they scratched up my wheel I had to have it fix they ignored me on that I’m done with Mavis they don’t stand behind there work and would leave you messed up spending more money

She was caring, patient, and attentive to me as a customer. They are quick and efficient at the services provided. Was able to walk out in a hour, and my car was finish exactly an hour. A very professional spot
