Che and everyone who works at this location are incredible. Brought my car in with a flat and had a new tire in under an hour! Che called to update me and talked me through the best tire options and helped me find the best option. Highly recommend! Friendly, fast and professional.

Jordan and Che at the Cheshire Bridge, Atlanta location are top professionals. We had a total of 6 tires replaced, balanced, and aligned in 2 cars this past week and had a terrific experience. Great communication, professionalism, and kindness. Thanks, team!

Jordan and Che were beyond helpful when I needed to get a new tire for my CRV. Not only were they efficient and knowledgeable, but also kind. As a woman taking a car in, I often anticipate being treated as uninformed or even taken advantage of to make more money. This was not the case at Mavis on Cheshire Bridge and I’m very thankful!

tl;dr - This business may or may not try to sell you services you may or may not need. Get what you need done and do not get upsold without proper documentation. My girlfriend needed an oil change and booked an appointment at this location. The oil change was proper and she was in and out in around 45 minutes. $110 - $20 for a special this location was running at the time. What she didn't book an appointment for was getting pressured to have her brake pads replaced. First, the technician mumbled about her brake pads being low, to which she replied she didn't have time that day to get them replaced. Then, she was called to the front desk and pressured again, with the front desk lady saying "Is this an issue with money?" When my girlfriend tried to pay, the lady said "Oh, you're car's not done yet." So my girlfriend was called up simply to be bullied about her brake pads. Again. The final nail in the coffin? Her receipt did not include a vehicle report. If a business is going to provide a 5 point inspection, and try to make a sale based off that inspection, a vehicle report is a must. That includes tire alignment, tire tread remaining, and how much brake pad remains on each side. Otherwise, it just looks like a scam.
