I’m confused about the second nail Mavis found in my tire. Before my visit, I checked the tire with soapy water, and the only leak was from the plug i was getting Mavis to patch. I drove less than half a mile to the shop, yet I was shown a second leak, a headless finish nail from a nail gun, small, skinny, and flat with no head, that wasn’t there earlier. Now the tire loses all its air in less than 20 minutes when before it took 48 hours for the tire to lose air. And I’m told it can’t be patched and must be replaced, because there's 2 leaks now, even though it’s nearly a new tire. The situation doesn’t add up. There's no possible way that second nail went into my tire by me driving over it on the road. Someone had to use a nailer for that to go into my tire. And no one had that opportunity to do so between the time I checked the tire and the time Mavis showed me that nail. Mavis, I always had good experiences going with yall for all my tire needs. But I'm questioning things at the moment.

My truck’s battery died while I was driving it— luckily I was close enough to coast to Mavis Cheshire Bridge. I had no idea what was wrong with the car. Che contacted me and told me that it was the battery. She was INCREDIBLE!!! She was kind, efficient, friendly and extremely knowledgeable! I was worried about taking my Audi to Mavis rather than the dealer, but I was very pleasantly surprised! Che went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. I am I over the moon grateful!! Thanks Mavis for your help and THANK YOU CHE for proving that women in cars are 🔥 🔥🔥🔥🔥

It’s not recommended for maintenance. Previously when I sent my car for oil change and brake inspection, the auto shop always checked general parts and provided in a document. Mavis only checked the things you asked for. Additionally, they didn’t show me the dirty filter and the new one before changing. Overall, the service was not very good. And the price was also not good. They will not provide with the checking photos.

The customer service is Really bad, Thursday evening I was getting ready to hop on the road to head to a funeral.
Our tire blew out so we googled tire shops near us, we called this location and as anyone could only imagine I’m under a lot of stress, so the assistant manager DEE answers the the phone, I said Hi, are you all taking walk ins . She said we do but we’re not taking anyone in right now, I said ok. May I know your cut off time, I just need 1 tire so it shouldn’t take too long, she proceeded to ask me sarcastically “do you work on tires? “
(Very ignorant)
I asked her , still being nice. What is your cut off time. She said 8:00pm I said ok it’s 7:55pm I’m only a couple of minutes away, she said even if you come I’m still not going to take you! We have 6 people waiting already. “ and hung up on me. Gave me no chance at all to respond , or anything.
After a few minutes I decided to call back, because I was just like, that was really really rude . I need to report her. No way she should be a manager of no sort speaking to customers in a disrespectful manner, and to add insult to injury, to hang up on a customer who’s not being rude or disrespectful to you is crazy. Honestly to hang up on a customer is crazy period but I couldn’t believe it. I could see if I was yelling at her or cussing her out.
I believe that you should treat people with kindness and respect because you just never know what a person could be going through. Here I am , just trying to get a tire , so I could hope on the road to make it to this funeral in time , already emotional from losing a loved one, and you have someone being rude and disrespectful for no reason. It’s honestly so sad. I’d definitely like to speak to cooperate or a store manager about this as I tried calling the location this morning to report her and ended up with another assistant manager who could care less about my report. She just asked me what the call was about and left me on hold for several minutes.
