  We were in our local (30705) store today and had a great experience even though having to buy a battery is not a good thing to start the day with. Tony was over and beyond helpful. Appreciate all the effort he put into making sure we had everything we needed.

  I want to share my appreciation for the exceptional customer service provided by your sales associate, Jerry. From the moment I called to confirm that the correct battery for my car was in stock, he was pleasant, informative and helpful. When I arrived at the store, Jerry was just as kind and efficient. He went above and beyond to assist with the purchase and installation, which was a huge help for me. His assistance saved me a trip to a mechanic, and I truly felt treated with respect and kindness throughout the entire process. This level of service is so much more than I've experienced at other stores, and I will definitely continue to shop at AutoZone because of staff like Jerry. Thank you
