I first noticed it after I drove about 10 miles away for a hair appointment & my oil light came on. Then, I drove home. Both times when my car was parked my car was dripping oil. They said my car had a leak but it was not this bad at all. Something changed. I think they may have simply forgotten to secure something, but, still now I am worried my engine will lock up from a lack of oil. I plan to call and see if I can get the oil replaced, again. The men working there are friendly but now I am seriously worried about my car!

He was incredibly helpful, patient, and professional from start to finish. He gave me clear instructions, answered all of my questions without ever making me feel like I was asking too much, and even put air in all of my tires without hesitation. What stood out most was his attitude — genuinely kind and service-oriented. It reminded me of a time when a woman could pull up to an auto service center and actually receive full service, the way it used to be. Derrick made me feel valued and respected as a customer. I’ll definitely be returning because of him.
