- MGMissy GeeFeb 16, 20261.0Aggressive, Rude & Unprofesaional Assistant Manager, Refused Service I had a negative experience at the Enterprise location on Peachtree Blvd in Chamblee, GA. Assistant Manager Acacia Blue who was rude, sarcastic, and unprofessional. I was being helped by another agent and inquiring about my policy and transferring belongings. Blue abrasively jumped into my conversation yelling, screaming and acting wild! After I set reasonable boundaries during our interaction, she escalated the situation and told the agent (Fris) not to assist me. She then demanded I go to another Enterprise location for service. That was very childish and retaliatory. There was no effort to resolve the issue or treat me respectfully. Management should demonstrate professionalism and leadership — not attitude and hostility. She should NOT be in a client-facing or leadership role acting unhinged. Upper management needs to require remedial training for this employee and as she deserves to be terminated effective immediately! Very disappointing experience.

The staff at the McDonough, GA were helpful when we had to exchange cars due to issues with the cooling system of the original VW we were given, although waiting 3 hours for a replacement could have been much faster in my opinion. If Enterprise wants a new employee to be trained to be the BEST, they should have the training done at the Chamblee, GA location. I have rented cars for business at over 50 locations in the U.S. over years and do not hesitate to state the Chamblee, GA Enterprise location provided the absolute most outstanding customer service.
