I’ve been dealing with Butler Tire for a few years and always had good experiences, but the Chamblee location truly feels like home. The team there is family-oriented, professional, and always gives honest, solid advice. Their prices can seem high at first, but if you come in with quotes from reputable shops, they’re willing to work with you — their transparency and willingness to help really set them apart. My experience with them has been far better than anything I’ve had at Ford, especially when it comes to alignment and suspension work. After I dented a rim, the Chamblee crew went above and beyond: they realigned the car, did a full suspension check, and even caught a lower control arm bolt backing out. They took the time to walk me through what could have gone wrong before touching a tool. That level of care and communication is rare. If you’re considering Butler Tire, don’t waste your time anywhere else. The customer service, expertise, and management here are unmatched. Thank you, Butler!

Recently had an excellent experience at their Chamblee location. Met with Ernest at the front desk and had an alignment done on our GMC Yukon. I really appreciate that they provided a printout of before and after measurements. Very professional service!

Took days until they got a chance to look at my vehicle.i never got a phone call back. I’m really disappointed you guys do not take accountability.

I had a flat tire on my Tesla Y and called ahead to check if they had the necessary parts and could handle the repair. When I arrived, they took great care of me and quickly fixed my tire, allowing me to relax without any concerns.

Frequently Asked Questions About Butler Tires and Wheels

Do I need an alignment?

During your vehicle's life, potholes are hit, sharp turns are taken, and brakes are slammed all of which cause your components to wear down and your wheels to shift which can pull your car in one direction. This is natural wear and tear, and it can accelerate tire damage. An alignment will return the angles of your vehicle's wheels to the manufacturer's specifications. Follow the manufacturer’s recommendations noted in your owner’s manual. As a general rule, have your vehicle’s alignment checked every 6,000 miles or at least twice a year. Have your vehicle checked if you notice excessive or uneven tire wear, steering wheel pulls to the side, feeling of looseness or wandering, your steering wheel is not centered when car is moving straight ahead, it’s been 6,000 miles since your last alignment check, or you notice a drop in fuel economy.

How do I get a free alignment?

At Tire Discounters, when you purchase any 4-tires with our standard installation, you get a free alignment. The alignment is a $129.99 value and comes with a 12-month warranty.
